Always Be In Contact makes it easy to add new contacts, which automatically generates a reminder to follow-up. All the contacts are saved to the mobile device address book and synced with your iCloud account. The app works on any iCloud devices, so use the app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod.
- Import your current contacts into 3 categories
- Leads = 3 day alerts / Prospects = 1 week alerts / Sold = 30 day alerts
- If you miss a reminder easily view it on the history tab and reset the alert
- Contact clients directly from the app via phone / email / or text message. After a phone call, you may add notes via the post follow up screen and set a new reminder. All the notes added will be saved to the contact card.
